For competitive girl and boy swimmers - RESIDENT Camp ages 9-18 - DAY Camp for ages 7-18. Day Campers may attend 1 to 8 weeks. Resident Campers may attend 1-8 weeks. A two-week minimum stay is suggested in order to experience the full camp program. For campers who wish to extend their original camp stay, the Directors will fill requests on a space available basis.

Please fill out the application and forms linked from this page. You may print all necessary forms right from your computer or download the application. We can also send you Camp FLA information and applications by mail if you prefer.
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $100.00 APPLICATION fee ($50.00 Day Campers). This fee must be included with your application and IS NOT part of the tuition or any other fee. Applications must include this fee to be processed. Once your application has been reviewed and accepted you will receive an acceptance letter and several forms.
All camper forms and fees (tuition, lesson) are due 30 days prior to the camper's arrival. No camper will be allowed to attend camp unless his/her fees are prepaid in full. We accept the following methods of payment:

Resident campers SHOULD NOT arrive PRIOR to the opening OR depart AFTER the close of camp as the camp will not be prepared to accommodate, feed, or be responsible for the child. There are no deductions for late arrivals or early departures. Due to limited enrollment, campers are expected to attend for their full registered sessions.
Camp FLA strives to be an environment where everyone behaves like a LADY or a GENTLEMAN. Our coaches and counselors present themselves in a professional manner. We believe our staff are role models for your children. For this reason, the Directors reserve the right to dismiss, without refund, any camper whose behavior is deemed unsuitable and detrimental to the best interest of the camp for misconduct and/or disciplinary reasons. Such actions include breaking curfew, smoking of any kind, tobacco use of any kind, use of illegal or non-prescription drugs, consumption of alcoholic beverages, or any conduct considered unacceptable to the camp Directors. Camp FLA discourages the application of any camper who cannot abide by these policies. Camp FLA HAS A NO REFUND POLICY.
